This session is ideal for clients who seek support in understanding ingredient functionality and are able to create their own prototypes. This could also be as simple as helping you figure out (a) missing ingredient(s) that you need to achieve a certain product attribute you desire: texture/mouthfeel, appearance, nutrition content, nutrition claims: sugar reduction, sodium reduction, fat reduction...etc.
